Context
In a professional context marked by rapid change in the banking sector, periods of transition can generate uncertainty and a loss of bearings. In response, ISFB - Institut Suisse de Finance & Banque has designed the Trajectoires & Transitions program: a collective alternative to outplacement, traditionally reserved for specialists in the form of an individual program.
This structured, humane and accessible program is aimed at professionals at the end of their contract or in the process of repositioning themselves, and is designed to help them take a step back, project themselves and reactivate their professional potential, drawing on ISFB's group dynamics and sector-specific expertise. It is also aimed at jobseekers registered with the OCE, wishing to bounce back effectively thanks to targeted and collective support.
