Pour y répondre, l’ISFB – Institut Supérieur de formation bancaire a conçu le programme Trajectoires & Transitions : une alternative collective à l’outplacement, traditionnellement réservé aux spécialistes sous forme de programme individuel.
Ce dispositif structuré, humain et accessible, s’adresse à des professionnels en fin de contrat ou en repositionnement, et vise à favoriser la prise de recul, la projection et la réactivation du potentiel professionnel, en s’appuyant sur la dynamique de groupe et l’expertise sectorielle de l’ISFB. Il est également destiné aux chercheurs d’emploi inscrits à l’OCE, souhaitant rebondir efficacement grâce à un accompagnement ciblé et collectif.
