Context

Taking on managerial responsibility, needing to step back or challenge your style. As managers, we all have our strengths and limitations, not least in relation to the system in which we operate. Sometimes, expectations are not clearly expressed by the organization, and the manager finds himself navigating an ambiguous situation. At other times, it's the manager himself who can't find the paths to exploit his full potential within the context in which he's navigating. ISFB can support you in this professional reflection with a specific method.
Managerial coaching can also offer a participant experiencing difficulties in his or her position ways of exploiting his or her full potential within the system in which he or she is evolving. This program, led by an expert in the banking field, combines reflection sessions with, on request, one or more skill-building sessions.
