Preparing for retirement in all its aspects: financial and psychological issues addressed in training sessions
Preparing for retirement is not just about financial calculations. It is also—and perhaps above all—a major life transition that deserves specific psychological attention. Through a two-day training course offered by the ISFB, participants are invited to reflect on both the technical aspects of their retirement planning and the deeper human issues involved. Ariane Froidevaux, a speaker and specialist in these topics, and Anne Le Floch, a participant in the training course, share their views on a comprehensive, calm, and thoughtful approach to preparing for retirement.
