Context

In a banking sector undergoing continuous transformation, passing on experience is becoming a key factor in sustainable performance. ISFB's professional mentoring program responds to this need by offering a structured framework in which experienced professionals accompany the progress of identified talent, fostering anchoring, professional lucidity and strategic elevation.
More than an HR tool, mentoring is part of a rationale for strengthening human capital, retaining high-potential employees and consolidating organizational culture. This program actively contributes to intergenerational cohesion, soft skills development and cultural alignment within financial institutions.

Key objectives

- Promote the transmission of tacit and strategic knowledge specific to the banking sector.
- Accelerate the development of confidence and position of high-potential or recently-promoted employees.
- Strengthen the commitment, loyalty and cultural alignment of key talents.
- Offer a space for strategic questioning and feedback in a confidential and caring setting.
- Stimulate the involvement of senior employees in the internal development of the organization.

Target audience

- High-potential talents, identified for positions of increased responsibility.
- Employees taking up strategic positions, requiring consolidation support.
- Managers in transition or repositioning, wishing to benefit from the perspective of an experienced peer.

Stakeholders

Sessions are conducted by an expert depending on the client's choice (a coach with expertise in banking, a former HRD coach, a career psychologist, etc.)

Practical information

Needs definition and feedback sessions take place with or without the employer, depending on the initial request.
No reports are issued, and coaching/sparring sessions are completely confidential towards the employer in all cases, unless explicitly requested by the client.
