SAQ Oral Exam

Context

You are currently engaged in the CWMA SAQ certification process and have just passed your written exams at ISFB or another SAQ provider.

Key objectives

During the oral examination, the experts systematically observe and assess the candidates' advisory skills. In order to make the assessment as realistic as possible, behavioral and technical skills are examined using a simulated customer interview.

Successful completion of the CWMA written exams (>70%).
